Pet stores have limited hours and you have to fit time into your schedule to deal with the hassle of traffic, rising gas prices, standing in line, or lifting heavy bags. We take care of all of that for you! So you should be asking yourself: "Why not shop with At Your Door Pet Store?" How much is Delivery? Absolutely NOTHING! Our service is FREE to you and our products are competitively priced. Do I need to be home?No. If you are not home, we will leave your items on your front porch unless you have indicated another location for us to leave your products. "Undeliverable" Deliveries Please make sure to give us any codes necessary to make your delivery. As well, if you live in a gated community, please make sure to let the attendants know we will be coming. If we cannot get into your building or community and cannot reach you on the phone number provided, this will be an "undeliverable delivery". On recurring orders, if you meant to make a change or cancel your delivery, but forgot, this will be an "undeliverable delivery". When these situations occur, you will be charged a $15.00 undeliverable charge. We make every effort to make sure that you get your products as ordered with free delivery. However, we cannot absorb the costs associated with undeliverable orders. We appreciate your understanding and if you have any questions, please let us know! How often do you rotate your stock?To offer you the freshest available food, we operate on a primarily "just in time" ordering process. We have very good relationships with our distributors which enables us to get the most recently delivered foods available. You can always check the "best by" date. All pet foods are required by law to have this information printed on the bag somewhere. If you have any questions, please give us call. Scheduling Your Delivery If you are located within our free local delivery area, your order will be delivered depending on when you place your order. Each week, we make deliveries on Wednesday thru Saturday. If you place your order by Monday at midnight, you will get your order that week - no later than Saturday. If your order comes in after Monday, then your order will be delivered the following week - no later than the following Saturday. You can also select to have your items delivered on a recurring basis with our 'Life Made Easy' program during checkout. If I need to change my recurring order, is that possible? Absolutely! If you are having trouble changing your order on the website, please call or email us and we will make the change. Customer ServiceIf your order is incorrect, please call us immediately.
