No credits or refunds on delivered products where damage was incurred by water, fire, theft or animals. We cannot accept returns on supplements, sorry. There will not be a fee assessed for returns that fall within the manufacturers guarantees.

If you ordered the wrong item and need to exchange it, there will a 10% redelivery fee (assessed on the original item being returned).
